The hotel is located in a great area near lovely local cafes, with a beautiful view over a small lake. the staff is very friendly and helpful, providing great service. the rooms are clean and comfortable, with great care-products in the bathroom and a mini-fridge in the room.

The shower pressure is really low, making it difficult to get properly clean. the payment options are limited, as credit cards are not accepted and the ATMs in the area may be out of money during holidays.

I had a great stay at this hotel in Hanoi. the location was perfect, as it was close to the lake and within easy reach of the city center. Secondly, the staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests. Lastly, the rooms were clean, with basic amenities like heating and a working kettle. I also appreciated the breakfast provided each morning, which was a nice touch.

I had a fantastic experience and couldn't find any faults.
